Partnership Development

The creation of strong partnerships between providers and stakeholders is crucial to the delivery of education services to young people and adults.

We …

• project manage significant change programmes requiring partnership development
• analyse the capacity of partnerships to deliver high quality services
• utilise various tools including climate analysis to evaluate capacity for improvement
• support technical requirements of partnerships, for example facilities auditing and common timetabling
• deliver change management programmes
• support legal and structural change requirements of partnership. For example agreeing terms of reference and partnership protocols.
